Air dry on a wig stand away from direct heat and sunlight. Avoid using high-heat blow dryers or placing wet wigs on flat surfaces.
Use heat styling tools at temperatures under 350°F (175°C). Always use a heat protectant spray. Consider heat-free styling methods when possible.
Store on a wig stand or in a breathable bag when not in use. Keep away from direct sunlight and excessive humidity. For long-term storage, consider a dedicated wig case.

The LEV Wigs warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from the purchase date. Covered issues include abnormal knot loosening, lace or silk base defects, cap construction faults, defective wefting, density inconsistencies caused during production, and hardware problems that appear under normal use.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, improper care, chemical damage, heat damage above recommended temperatures, sun fading, adhesive damage, third-party alterations, loss, theft, or storage damage. These exclusions help distinguish production defects from issues caused by daily use, styling choices, or maintenance outside LEV Wigs care guidance.

The LEV Wigs team reviews claims within 3 to 5 business days and may request additional photos before confirming whether the sheitel should be returned for inspection.
Most approved repairs take 7 to 10 business days after the wig arrives at the LEV Wigs workshop. Replacement timing depends on the original style, hair material, cap construction, and customization details; if the exact style is unavailable, LEV Wigs may offer a comparable replacement, refund, or store credit.
Wholesale partners may qualify for extended warranty protection up to 12 months and priority claim handling. Extended terms are reviewed account by account because inventory storage time, order volume, and customer delivery schedule can differ from individual sheitel purchases.
