1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using www.levwigs.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. LEV Wigs is a premium wholesale supplier of kosher wigs and Jewish sheitels, serving both individual customers and B2B wholesale partners worldwide.

If you do not accept all of these terms and conditions, you must immediately stop using the Site. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting to the Site.

2. Kosher Certification & Hair Sourcing Authenticity

Rabbi Certification

• Current Certification: All our kosher wigs carry up-to-date Rabbi certification from recognized rabbinical authorities. We provide certification documentation upon request for wholesale orders.
• Factory Supervision: Our manufacturing facilities undergo regular rabbinical supervision to ensure ongoing compliance with kosher standards.
• Transparency: We maintain complete transparency regarding our certification process and rabbinical oversight. Customer inquiries about certification are welcomed and will receive detailed responses within 24-48 hours.

Ethical Hair Sourcing

• European Hair Sourcing: We exclusively source premium European hair from ethical, non-temple sources. Our hair does NOT originate from Indian temples or any religious ceremonies that would compromise kosher standards.
• Supply Chain Traceability: Each batch of hair is traceable to its source, ensuring full compliance with Jewish law prohibiting hair from idolatrous practices.
• Quality Documentation: We maintain detailed records of hair origin, processing, and certification for every product, available for verification by wholesale partners.
• No Synthetic Mixing: Our kosher wigs contain 100% real human hair with no synthetic blends, ensuring authenticity and quality.

3. Wholesale & Bulk Orders

LEV Wigs specializes in serving B2B wholesale partners, including wig retailers, salons, and distributors seeking premium kosher wigs for their customers.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

• Wholesale Inquiries: To receive wholesale pricing and terms, please contact our business development team. Minimum order quantities vary based on product type and customization requirements.
• Sample Orders: Sample wigs are available for quality evaluation. Sample fees may be credited toward your first wholesale order. Contact us for current sample pricing.
• Custom Orders: We welcome custom orders for specific colors, lengths, textures, and cap constructions. Custom minimums and pricing available upon inquiry.

Wholesale Pricing & Terms

• Wholesale pricing is provided after verification of business credentials and upon signing of our wholesale partnership agreement.
• Volume discounts are available for large orders. Contact our sales team for tier-based pricing structure.
• Payment terms for wholesale accounts are Net 30 for established partners, with initial orders requiring deposit or full prepayment.

OEM & Private Label Services

• We offer OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) services including custom branding, packaging, labels, and tags for wholesale partners.
• Private label services allow you to sell our premium kosher wigs under your own brand name.
• Minimum quantities apply for private label orders. Please inquire for detailed terms.

4. Product Quality Guarantee

Quality Standards

• Master Craftsmanship: Each wig is hand-tied by experienced artisans with decades of expertise in kosher wig manufacturing.
• European Hair Only: We use premium European hair known for its natural texture, durability, and superior quality.
• Rigorous Inspection: Every wig undergoes multi-point quality inspection before shipment, ensuring hair density, cap construction, and overall craftsmanship meet our exacting standards.
• Batch Consistency: For wholesale orders, we ensure batch-to-batch consistency in color, texture, and construction specifications.

Quality Assurance for Wholesale Partners

• Pre-Shipment Inspection: Wholesale partners may request pre-shipment photos or videos for large orders.
• Quality Complaints: Any quality concerns must be reported within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve issues through replacement, repair, or credit.
• Manufacturing Defects: Wigs with manufacturing defects (cap construction issues, excessive shedding, color discrepancies) will be replaced at no charge when reported within the warranty period.

5. Ordering Process & Lead Times

Inquiry-Based Business Model

LEV Wigs operates on an inquiry-based model. We do not process direct online orders. All purchases begin with a consultation to ensure we understand your exact requirements.

How to Order

1. Submit Inquiry: Use our contact form, email, or WhatsApp to describe your requirements (quantity, specifications, intended use).
2. Consultation: Our wig specialists will contact you within 24 business hours to discuss your needs, provide recommendations, and answer questions.
3. Quotation: We will provide a detailed quotation including product specifications, pricing, lead time, and shipping costs.
4. Confirmation: Upon your approval, we will send a proforma invoice and payment instructions.
5. Production & QC: After payment confirmation, production begins. All wigs undergo quality control before shipment.
6. Delivery: Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Lead Times

• In-Stock Items: 3-5 business days for processing and shipment (subject to availability).
• Made-to-Order Standard Wigs: 3-4 weeks from payment confirmation to shipment.
• Custom/Bespoke Orders: 6-10 weeks depending on complexity and customization requirements.
• Large Wholesale Orders: Lead times quoted on a case-by-case basis depending on order size. Rush production available for additional fees.

Shipping & Delivery

• We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or your preferred carrier.
• Shipping costs calculated based on destination, order weight, and selected service level.
• Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Delivery times: 3-7 business days for express shipping; 7-15 business days for standard international shipping.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Return Policy for Stock Items

• Return Window: Stock (non-custom) wigs may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Return Authorization: Contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping any returns. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defect.
• Refund Processing: Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned stock items in resalable condition.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

• No Returns: Custom wigs, made-to-order pieces, and private label products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged except in cases of manufacturing defect or our error.
• Cancellations: Custom orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of payment. After production begins, cancellation is not possible, and deposits are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges for different size, color, or style are subject to availability and must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
• Customer pays shipping for exchanges unless due to our error.
• One exchange permitted per order.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos.
• We will arrange replacement or full refund including shipping costs for verified defects.
• Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

We understand that many customers value discretion when purchasing sheitels and kosher wigs. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us.

9. Limitation of Liability

• LEV Wigs provides products "as is" and makes every effort to ensure accuracy in descriptions, colors, and specifications. However, actual products may vary slightly from website photos due to lighting, monitor settings, and natural hair variations.
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or inability to use.
• Color variation in human hair is natural; slight variations from photos do not constitute grounds for return unless significantly different.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law and the laws of the jurisdiction where LEV Wigs is registered.

• Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to resolve through good-faith negotiation.
• If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
• You agree that any legal action must be commenced within one year after the claim arose.
