To be eligible for return, your sheitel must meet these requirements:

  • Unworn: Never worn outside, even for try-on purposes
  • Unaltered: No cutting, styling, coloring, or modifications
  • Intact Lace: Lace front must be completely uncut and undamaged
  • Original Packaging: Must include all original tags, care instructions, and protective packaging
  • Odor-Free: No exposure to smoke, perfume, or strong scents

Note: Cutting the lace automatically voids return eligibility. We recommend consulting with our specialists before any alterations.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide photos in natural lighting showing the color discrepancy or defect
  • Include your order number and detailed description

For Bulk Orders: Our QA team provides pre-shipment color matching verification. If discrepancies occur despite our inspection, we offer expedited resolution including replacement or refund.

For Manufacturing Defects: Full refund or replacement at no cost when reported within 7 days with photographic evidence.
