In addition, LEV Wigs reserves the right to update these terms at any time. If you continue using the Site after we post modifications, you accept the revised terms. Therefore, we recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

By using our Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements. If you are acting on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

About LEV Wigs

LEV Wigs is a wholesale manufacturer of premium kosher wigs and sheitels based in Qingdao, China. We specialize in hand-tied European hair wigs for the Jewish community, serving sheitel stores, salons, and distributors worldwide.

Our business model is inquiry-based. We do not operate a traditional e-commerce storefront with shopping carts or instant online payment. Instead, every engagement begins with a consultation, so our team can understand your exact requirements before production begins.

Inquiry-Based Ordering Process

LEV Wigs operates through a structured consultation process. As a result, our team can manufacture every order to your precise specifications and provide accurate pricing based on your requirements.

How to Order

1. Submit Inquiry: First, use our website contact form, email, or Telegram to describe your requirements including quantity, specifications, and intended use.
2. Consultation: Next, our wig specialists respond within 24 business hours to discuss your needs, provide recommendations, and answer questions.
3. Quotation: Then, we provide a detailed quotation covering product specifications, pricing, lead time, and shipping costs.
4. Confirmation: After your approval, we issue a proforma invoice with payment instructions.
5. Production and Quality Control: Once you confirm payment, our production team begins work. In addition, every wig goes through multi-point quality inspection before shipment.
6. Delivery: Finally, we send tracking information once your order ships.

An order confirmation or quotation does not create a binding contract until we receive and accept payment. However, we reserve the right to decline any inquiry at our discretion.

Wholesale and Bulk Orders

LEV Wigs specializes in serving B2B wholesale partners including wig retailers, sheitel stores, salons, and distributors seeking premium kosher wigs for their customers.

Minimum Order Quantity

• Wholesale Inquiries: Contact our team for wholesale pricing and minimum order quantities, which vary based on product type and customization requirements.
• Sample Orders: Individual sample wigs are available for quality evaluation. In some cases, we may credit sample fees toward your first wholesale order.
• Trial Orders: We welcome new partners with low minimums for initial orders to establish the relationship.

Wholesale Pricing

• We provide wholesale pricing after we verify your business credentials.
• Volume discounts are available for larger orders with tier-based pricing.
• Payment terms for established partners may include Net 30 arrangements, with initial orders requiring deposit or full prepayment.

OEM and Private Label Services

• We offer OEM services including custom branding, packaging, labels, and tags for wholesale partners.
• Private label services allow you to sell our premium kosher wigs under your own brand name.
• Minimum quantities apply for private label orders. Please inquire for detailed terms.

Custom and Bespoke Orders

We welcome custom orders for specific colors, lengths, textures, cap constructions, and styling requirements. Moreover, our master artisans manufacture custom wigs to your exact specifications.

Lead Times

• In-Stock Items: 3-5 business days for processing and shipment, subject to availability.
• Made-to-Order Standard Wigs: 3-4 weeks from payment confirmation to shipment.
• Custom and Bespoke Orders: 6-10 weeks depending on complexity and customization requirements.
• Large Wholesale Orders: Lead times quoted on a case-by-case basis depending on order volume.

Custom Order Policy

• You may cancel custom orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation. However, after production begins, you cannot cancel the order and deposits are non-refundable.
• Custom wigs are final sale. Therefore, we only accept returns for custom wigs when we verify a manufacturing defect.
• You must confirm specifications in writing before production begins. In addition, changes after production has started may incur additional costs.

Kosher Certification and Hair Sourcing

Rabbinical Certification

• Current Certification: Kosher-certified wigs carry up-to-date rabbinical documentation. We provide certification records upon request for applicable wholesale orders.
• Factory Supervision: For applicable kosher production runs, we can arrange rabbinical supervision and documentation to confirm compliance with agreed kosher standards.
• Transparency: We welcome customer inquiries about certification and will provide detailed responses within 24-48 hours.

Ethical Hair Sourcing

• European Hair: We exclusively source premium European hair from ethical, non-temple sources. Our hair does not originate from Indian temples or any religious ceremonies that would compromise kosher standards.
• Supply Chain Traceability: Each batch of hair is traceable to its source, ensuring full compliance with Jewish law regarding hair from idolatrous practices.
• Quality Documentation: We maintain detailed records of hair origin, processing, and certification for every product.
• 100% Human Hair: Our kosher wigs contain 100% real human hair with no synthetic blends.

Payment Terms

We must receive all payments in full before order processing and shipment commence. We accept the following payment methods:

• Wire Transfer (T/T): Standard method for wholesale and international orders. We must receive and clear full payment before manufacturing begins.
• PayPal: Available for sample orders and smaller transactions.
• Western Union: Available upon request for specific markets.

You are responsible for all bank fees, transfer fees, and currency conversion charges associated with international payments. Payment must be made in the currency specified on the proforma invoice (typically USD).

For established wholesale partners, we may extend Net 30 terms after a successful ordering history. However, initial orders require deposit or full prepayment.

Shipping and Delivery

LEV Wigs ships worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or your preferred carrier. We calculate shipping costs based on destination, order weight, and selected service level. Then, we quote shipping separately with each order.

Delivery Times

• Express Shipping: 3-7 business days to most destinations worldwide.
• Standard International: 7-15 business days depending on destination.
• Processing times are separate from transit times and depend on order type (see Section 5).

Important Notes

• Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Therefore, our pricing and shipping charges do not include these costs.
• Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, shipping carriers, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
• All shipments are sent in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents for discretion.
• For high-value orders, we may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Stock Items

• Return Window: You may return non-custom stock wigs within 14 days of receipt if they remain unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Return Authorization: Contact us to request a Return Authorization number before shipping any returns. Otherwise, we will not accept unauthorized returns.
• Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.
• Refund Processing: We process refunds within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. However, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned stock items in resalable condition.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

• No Returns: Custom wigs, made-to-order pieces, and private label products are final sale. Therefore, we only accept returns when we verify a manufacturing defect.
• Cancellations: You may cancel custom orders within 48 hours of payment. However, after production begins, you cannot cancel the order and deposits are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photographs.
• We will arrange replacement or full refund including shipping costs for verified manufacturing defects.
• You must report quality complaints within 7 days of receipt.

Natural Hair Variation

Color variation in human hair is natural. Slight variations from website photographs due to lighting, monitor settings, and natural hair characteristics do not constitute grounds for return unless significantly different from agreed specifications.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, and photographs, is the intellectual property of LEV Wigs and protected by copyright laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any website content without our written permission.
• Product images are for reference only. Therefore, third parties may not use them for commercial purposes without permission.
• You may not use the LEV Wigs name, logo, or trademarks without explicit authorization.
• Wholesale partners with proper agreements may use provided product images for marketing purposes within the scope of their agreement.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We understand that many customers value discretion when purchasing sheitels and kosher wigs. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us.

• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We share information only with shipping carriers when delivery requires it and with payment processors for transaction security.
• We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
• All shipments are sent in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents.
• Customs forms list generic descriptions as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

• LEV Wigs provides products "as is" and makes every effort to ensure accuracy in descriptions, colors, and specifications. Actual products may vary slightly from website photos due to lighting, monitor settings, and natural hair variations.
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or inability to use.
• Natural hair color variation does not constitute a defect or grounds for liability.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The laws of the People's Republic of China govern these Terms of Service, with specific reference to applicable international trade regulations and conventions.

• First, both parties shall try to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiation. We value our customer relationships and seek amicable resolutions whenever possible.
• If negotiation fails, both parties shall resolve disputes through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction in Qingdao, China.
• For international trade disputes, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) may apply where relevant.
• You agree to commence any legal action within one year after the claim arose.

For customers in the European Union, United Kingdom, or United States, nothing in these terms reduces your statutory rights under local consumer protection laws.

Changes to Terms

LEV Wigs reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we update the "Effective" date at the top of this page. In addition, we may communicate material changes through email notifications to registered users or prominent notices on the Website.

If you continue using the Website after we post revised terms, you accept the changes. Therefore, we recommend reviewing this page periodically.

If a court deems any provision of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
