01
Scope and application
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to LEV’s internal analytics tools: a Google OAuth application registered under the name B2B Data Dashboard and accessed through a desktop client identified as LEV SEO Readonly (together, the “Analytics Tools”). The Analytics Tools are part of LEV’s internal analysis setup for levwigs.com. They connect through a local MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration to coding assistants such as Codex and Claude Code on an operator’s own computer, where they read Google Search Console and Google Analytics data for properties the operator is authorized to access and help prepare internal reports and analysis.
These Terms govern use of the Analytics Tools only. They do not apply to the sale, return, exchange, warranty, or wholesale purchase of wigs and sheitels; those transactions are governed by our Terms of Service, Returns and Exchange Policy, and related pages. If any conflict arises between these Terms and a purchase-related page, each document governs its own subject matter.
By authorizing or using the Analytics Tools, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not authorize or use the tools.
02
Who may use the Analytics Tools
The Analytics Tools are for internal use only. You may use them only if both of the following are true:
- Internal authorization: you are a LEV team member or contractor whom LEV has authorized to operate the Analytics Tools; and
- Google property access: you already hold appropriate access to the relevant Google Search Console or Google Analytics properties through your own Google account.
Authorization to use the tools is personal and may not be transferred or shared. If your internal authorization or your access to a Google property ends, stop using the tools for that property.
03
Permitted purpose
The Analytics Tools exist to support LEV’s internal understanding of its own website performance. Permitted use is limited to:
- Read-only queries against Google Search Console and Google Analytics data;
- Preparing internal reports, summaries, and metric extracts;
- Internal SEO and website-performance analysis of LEV-owned properties; and
- Reviewing and correcting AI-assisted drafts of such analysis, subject to Section 7.
The tools are not offered to the public, and any use outside the purposes above requires separate approval from LEV.
04
Operator responsibilities
As an operator, you are responsible for how the tools are used under your authorization:
- Use only Google accounts and properties you are authorized to use. The tools do not grant any access you do not already have.
- Protect credentials and access tokens. Do not share them, commit them to code repositories, or paste them into shared documents or chats.
- Do not share data or reports produced by the tools with anyone who is not authorized to see them.
- Do not enter unnecessary personal information — about customers, buyers, or anyone else — into prompts, queries, or reports. Keep inputs limited to what the analysis requires.
- Handle data read through the tools in line with LEV’s internal guidance and the Analytics Tools Privacy Policy.
06
Data and privacy
Data accessed through the Analytics Tools is handled under the Analytics Tools Privacy Policy.
The reporting connection runs locally, but selected report content may be processed by external AI services through Codex or Claude Code. Processing, logging, retention, deletion, and model-improvement settings depend on the provider and account configuration in use. A local connection does not guarantee local-only processing or zero retention.
Operators must follow the provider checks and data-minimization requirements in the Analytics Tools Privacy Policy before submitting report content. OAuth secrets, refresh tokens, passwords, and unnecessary customer information must not be included in prompts.
Revoking Google authorization stops further access through that authorization. It does not automatically delete existing reports, conversation history, or copies retained by external services; those require separate handling under the relevant storage and provider controls.
07
Reports and AI-assisted output
The two data sources measure differently. Google Search Console and Google Analytics use different counting methods, sampling, time zones, and processing delays, so they can show different numbers for overlapping periods. Treat such differences as a signal to check definitions, not automatically as an error.
AI-assisted analysis is a draft. Summaries and conclusions produced with the help of Codex or Claude Code can be incomplete or wrong. Verify figures and reasoning before relying on them or passing them on.
No outcome guarantee. Neither the Analytics Tools nor their output guarantee any search ranking, traffic, inquiry, or other business result.
08
Allowed and prohibited uses
Use of the Analytics Tools must stay within the authorized purpose in Section 3 and the properties you are authorized to access. The following are specifically prohibited:
- Working around Google API quotas, rate limits, or usage restrictions;
- Selling, reselling, or sublicensing access to the tools, or sharing OAuth credentials or tokens outside authorized operators;
- Attempting to reach Google properties or data your account is not authorized to see; and
- Using the tools in any way that violates Google’s terms or applicable law.
09
Availability and changes
The Analytics Tools depend on Google APIs and account permissions, network access, and your local configuration, including the MCP integration and locally stored credential files. Any of these can interrupt access, and authorization tokens can expire or be revoked by you or by Google.
The tools are provided for internal use as they are. There is no uptime commitment, no guarantee of uninterrupted access or permanently valid tokens, and no service level agreement of any kind for these tools.
LEV may change, suspend, or discontinue the Analytics Tools or their integration points at any time.
10
Stopping use and revocation
Stopping work with the Analytics Tools involves three separate actions. Completing one does not complete the others.
-
01
Revoke the Google authorization
In your Google Account, under Security › Third-party apps with account access, remove B2B Data Dashboard. This stops new data fetching but deletes nothing.
-
02
Disconnect the local integration
Remove the MCP configuration and any locally stored credential or token files for the tools from your computer. The LEV administrator who onboarded you can guide you through this.
-
03
Delete existing reports
Analysis files you saved remain on your machine or in internal storage until you delete them. Revoking authorization does not remove reports that were already created.
Deleting local files does not remove AI conversation history or provider-held copies. Handle those separately using the applicable service controls described in the Analytics Tools Privacy Policy.
11
Content and data rights
LEV does not claim ownership of Google Search Console or Google Analytics data, or of any third-party content, merely because it is accessed or processed through the Analytics Tools. Such data remains subject to the terms of the service it comes from and to any confidentiality obligations that apply to it. Reports created by operators are for LEV’s internal use.
Google, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics are trademarks of Google LLC. The Analytics Tools are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or verified by Google.
12
Changes and contact
LEV may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page changes, and significant changes are communicated to authorized operators through LEV’s internal channels.
Questions about these Terms or the Analytics Tools can go to the LEV administrator who onboarded you, or to [email protected]. These Terms are provided in English.
