All LEV Wigs shipments include full tracking and transit insurance. If your package is lost in transit, we immediately open a carrier investigation with the carrier and file an insurance claim on your behalf. Once the claim is confirmed, we issue a full refund of your order amount. If you wish to place a new order, we prioritize it in our production schedule.

Custom-Made Wigs

Because every custom order is made to specification, production usually requires 4-8 weeks depending on cap construction, hair length, density, and color. Meanwhile, we provide production progress updates throughout the process.

Wholesale Orders

For bulk orders of 10 or more pieces, production scheduling and volume shipping discounts are arranged individually. As a result, contact our wholesale team for a tailored quote and timeline.

Customs and Import Duties

However, international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your destination country. Moreover, these charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are collected at the time of delivery by the carrier.

For this reason, LEV Wigs cannot predict or prepay these charges as they vary significantly by country and are not within our control. Consequently, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential import fees before placing your order.

For Israel-based customers: Sheitels classified as religious items may qualify for reduced duty rates. Specifically, consult your local customs broker for current regulations.

Packaging and Protection

Every LEV sheitel is packaged in a purpose-built protective box designed specifically for wig storage during transit. In addition, each package includes a breathable wig cap, and the sheitel is secured on a form to prevent movement, tangling, or shape distortion.

Furthermore, wholesale orders are packed in reinforced cartons with additional protective materials between each sheitel box. Notably, custom packaging and private-label options are available for established wholesale partners.

Tracking Your Shipment
