What We Protect

Warranty Coverage at a Glance

All LEV sheitels come with a 6-month quality warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and ensures your wig meets our high standards of craftsmanship.

  • ✓Lace or silk base defects, including tears or holes not caused by misuse
  • ✓Cap construction issues, including stretching or loosening not from improper sizing
  • ✓Defects in wefting or cap seams that affect structural integrity
  • ✓Manufacturing defects in hair ventilation or density inconsistencies
  • ✓Issues with wig fasteners, clips, or other hardware components

  • ✗Normal wear and tear, including gradual shedding from daily use
  • ✗Damage from improper washing, drying, or styling techniques
  • ✗Color fading or texture changes from sun exposure or chemical treatments
  • ✗Damage from adhesives, tapes, or styling products not recommended by LEV Wigs
  • ✗Alterations, cuts, or modifications made by third-party stylists
  • ✗Damage from heat styling exceeding recommended temperatures
  • ✗Loss or theft of the wig
  • ✗Damage from improper storage or prolonged exposure to harsh conditions
Claims Process

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your wig has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty, follow these four steps.

Submit Your Claim
Contact our customer service team at info@levwigs.com with your order number, purchase date, and a detailed description of the defect. Include clear photos showing the issue from multiple angles.

Review and Assessment
Our team will review your claim within 3-5 business days. We may request additional information or photos to better understand the issue and assess the defect.

Ship the Wig Back
If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the wig. Use the shipping method and packaging we recommend to ensure safe transit. Return shipping costs for warranty claims are covered by LEV Wigs.

Resolution Delivered
Once we receive and inspect the wig, we will proceed with the appropriate resolution. You will be notified of the outcome and next steps within 7-10 business days.
Resolution Options

How We Resolve Your Claim

Based on the nature of the defect and the condition of your wig, we offer three resolution paths.

Repair
For minor issues, our skilled artisans can repair your wig at our workshop. Repairs typically take 7-10 business days, and the repaired wig will be returned to you at no cost.
Replacement
For significant defects that cannot be repaired, we will replace your wig with a new one of the same style and specifications. If the exact style is unavailable, we offer a comparable alternative or a full refund.
Store Credit
In some cases, we may offer store credit toward a future purchase. This option is available if you prefer to upgrade to a different style or if your preferred style is temporarily out of stock.
Important Note

Resolution is at the discretion of LEV Wigs based on our inspection findings. We reserve the right to determine whether a defect is covered under warranty and to select the most appropriate resolution method.

Extended Warranty Program

We understand that wholesale customers have different needs and may require longer warranty coverage for their inventory.

Coverage Period

Up to 12 Months Protection

Wholesale partners may be eligible for warranty extensions up to 12 months from the date of purchase. This provides added protection for inventory held in stock before customer delivery.

Expedited Claim Processing

Wholesale warranty claims receive priority processing, ensuring minimal disruption to your business. Our dedicated wholesale support team handles these cases with expedited review and resolution.

Keep Your Sheitel Beautiful

Care Instructions

Proper care is essential for maintaining the beauty and longevity of your LEV sheitel. Following these guidelines will help ensure your wig stays in warranty condition.

Washing

Use sulfate-free, wig-safe shampoos and conditioners. Wash every 7-10 wears or when product buildup occurs. Always detangle gently before washing.

Drying

Air dry on a wig stand away from direct heat and sunlight. Avoid using high-heat blow dryers or placing wet wigs on flat surfaces.

Styling

Use heat styling tools at temperatures under 350°F (175°C). Always use a heat protectant spray. Consider heat-free styling methods when possible.

Storage

Store on a wig stand or in a breathable bag when not in use. Keep away from direct sunlight and excessive humidity. For long-term storage, consider a dedicated wig case.
